Every product has a its own postage & packaging price. This allows smaller items to be charged at a lower rate for postage.
Items will be posted out by 1st class post.

Orders made Monday - Friday between 12 am - p.m. will be posted out on the same day.
Orders made Monday - Thursday after p.m. will be posted out the next day.

We will let you know if there is a delay in posting your order.
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
This is called the 'cooling off' period.
The ' cooling off' is a period during which an order can be cancelled without any reason and a full refund made.
To cancel your order please contact me through the Contact Us page.
You will need to pay postage costs and will be responsible for it until it reaches us. Custom orders are not returnable as they have been created just for you and due to hygiene reasons we do not accept the return or exchange of earrings.
You will only be refunded the price of the product.
Sprinkles Sparkles will only except returns after the 7 days ' cool off' period and before 28 days of purchase.
You will need to pay postage costs and will be responsible for it until it reaches us within the ‘cooling off’ period.
If your item is faulty, Sprinkles Sparkles will refund and pay for your postage costs.
We will not refund, or exchange custom made bespoke item under any circumstances. The 7 day ' cooling off' period does not
apply to custom orders.
